Property Renovation and Interior Alterations (South Cheshire).

Property purchased as an empty dwelling and the client wanted the work carrying out before moving in. The property is a mid-century design, but with late 20th Century alterations internally. The design stage was kept concise, and Contractors were engaged early, to ensure a fast turnaround time. Working collaboratively with the Client and Contractor, the project evolved throughout construction.
The approach was to undertake sympathetic improvements to the exterior but retain the overall mid-century character. Internally, the main intervention was to maximise the views ups

The project was completed under a traditional JCT contract, with Mechanical and Electrical contractor design. Due to the evolving nature of the design and collaborative working, the works were carried out as ‘open book’, all costs were transparent between the Client and Contractor.
The result is that the client has a fabulous family home that suits their needs. The project was carried out with minimal extensions, working within the existing footprint of the dwelling. The increase in the property value exceeds the cost of the works that were carried out.
" Great to have worked alongside the client and contractors to deliver a full renovation that responded to the family’s vision."
