We were contacted by our client to design plans to transform this cottage located in Peak Park, an area of special landscape. The building had been empty for over 40 years and was not fit for habitation.
The project involved renovating the whole property. A double storey extension was added to the design to create extra ground floor space and an additional bedroom.
