Originally contacted by client as previous offices were structurally condemned. We worked with the family run company to deliver a suitable proposal to accommodate their growing workforce withing their existing site.

Because of the industrialised location, the ground conditions were complex however this was incorporated into the design from the start and we managed to overcome any obstacles that were presented along the way.
We worked closely with the client along with the mechanical and electrical contractors to incorporate a state of the art building management system. This building management system ensures staff safety and monitoring, as well as improving energy efficiency through smart monitoring.
