Conservation and Extension – Crafty Lion (Stoke-on-Trent).

MODE Architects are restoring and extending 123 – 127 Church Street to create 19 apartments on the upper floors and retain the commercial ground floor.
The restoration works involved the repair of the historic high street façade, while the extension works required a collaborative approach to extend vertically above existing fabric
